Dear Kix,
During my freshman year in high school, I had physical science class with this guy who, from day one, caught my eye. That whole semester we never talked, but deep down, I had a crush on him.
Then, at the beginning of my sophomore year, I got butterflies just seeing him from afar. A month of school went by and I saw him just about every day passing through the hallways. I knew my friend had his number so I asked her for it. I kept it for a while because I couldn’t get the nerve up to text him. Finally, I gave in and texted him, and we haven’t stopped talking since! Almost two months went by, and on October 31, 2010, he asked me if I would like to go out sometime… and in a heartbeat I said yes!
Now – two and a half years later – we graduated high school together. I couldn’t have done it without him by my side helping me when I needed help. I want to say: "Thank you, Sam, I love you lots and congratulations! I can’t wait to see what’s next!"
