Dear Kix,
My wife Jen and I met at a homecoming dance 19 years ago. We dated for a year and a half and even got engaged, but I had a rough past and her parents were worried. So, we stopped seeing each other and went our separate ways for 16 years. We’d bump into each other every now and again, but we both moved on with other relationships and even had children, etc.
About 3 years ago, when we were both finally single and available, we reconnected on Facebook and instantly hit it off, just like back when we dated in high school! I’m proud to report we just got married back in April and love each other just as much as we did when we were kids.
