New artist Krystal Keith has decided to follow her father Toby into the family business of country music. Fans first caught a glimpse of Krystal's talent back in 2004 when she was just 19 years old. The Oklahoma singer-songwriter joined her superstar dad in a performance of "Mockingbird" live on the CMA Awards. (By the way, you can find the recorded version on Toby's 2004 Greatest Hits 2.)
After earning her degree from the University of Oklahoma, Krystal embarked on launching her music career. Earlier this year, she delivered a taste of what was to come with the touching single "Daddy Dance with Me" and the follow-up single "Get Your Redneck On" prior to the release of her debut album Whiskey & Lace. Look for the project in stores now.
Watch as Krystal makes her first guest appearance in our studio here at Kix Brooks Radio. She reflects on life growing up as the daughter of Toby Keith, talks about launching her career and more in this interview with Kix:
