Dear Kix,
My boyfriend and I met one Christmas Eve. Thankfully (as it turns out now), my car broke down while I was on the way to take my grandmother to her doctor’s appointment. And, he would wind up being the man to the rescue!
He’s a tow truck driver, and so, when I called for road-side assistance, this handsome guy shows up to jump-start my car. He towed it back to my town, which was about 45 minutes away, and I didn’t think I’d see him again…but deep down I hoped I would. He was really cute and really nice!
Well, lucky me, after he dropped me off, he actually got my cell number off of the car paperwork and he texted me, asking if I’d like to go to lunch sometime. And, of course, I said YES!!!
Anyway, we’ve been together ever since. We’re living together and he is the greatest guy I’ve ever known! I don’t want to jinx anything, but I think we’re close to getting engaged…at least I hope…because I can’t imagine my life without him!

Okay, Alyssa, I’m gonna have to trust you on this one… I’m not sure about getting your number off the paperwork, but it sounds like you’re a big girl, so I guess we’re gonna give the dude a pass. At least you got free towing service if your car breaks down again!
