Dear Kix,
My Hero of the Week nomination is for Pennsylvania State Trooper Alex Douglass and Corporal Bryon Dickson.
Recently, troopers were ambushed by a man at the Blooming Grove barracks. Corporal Dickson was killed and Trooper Douglass is recovering from his injuries. These two brave men went above and beyond the call of duty and one made the ultimate sacrifice.
Those troopers and the rest of the Pennsylvania State police are my heroes and I’m so proud of everyone’s hard work and dedication.
