Dear Kix,
We really are soul mates… We were both born on the same day, Easter Sunday, in the same hospital, delivered by the same doctor…only about 30 minutes apart. We must have lain there in the bassinets, crying and making plans to get together again in 20 years. We both left the hospital and went to small towns on either side of the city.
We didn’t run into each other again until 20 years later. I was home on leave from the Navy and my sister set me up on a blind date with Marge and the rest, as they say, is history. That following September, we were married – that was 47 years ago this past September 7th – so, as you can see, we really are true soul mates.
