The ACC staff discovered this week’s love story at People.com and it goes like this:
Amy and Justin met at Sunshine Preschool in St. Petersburg, Florida, when they were just three years old. And apparently, they had major crushes on each other and were inseparable. But, they eventually grew up, went to different schools, and forgot about each other. Until…
One day, 30 years later, they unknowingly reconnected online through a dating site. The two said that they were immediately attracted to one another and fell in love right away. But, they dated for a year before they figured out they were each others’ preschool sweethearts.
They realized it one afternoon when Justin had said he loved Amy’s name because when he was younger he had a crush on a girl who was also called Amy. So next, they asked each other where they went to preschool and realized they went to the same one. Well then, thinking there was no way they could have been each others’ crushes all those years back, they asked their families if they had old pictures from back in the day…and voila! There it was – photos of them together at three years old!
Amy says she couldn’t believe it but now she knows they were meant to be together, and a higher power was waiting for the perfect time to bring them back together! The couple is already planning their future and has a wedding date and honeymoon spot picked out!
