Recipe: Dan Smyers’ Breakfast Smoothie

Dan Smyers’ Breakfast Smoothie

For this recipe, Dan uses a Vitamix Blender and doesn’t measure the ingredients.

First, throw a little ice into the blender, along with a little almond milk. Add chia seeds, flax seeds, banana, almond butter and a little bit of granola. You can also add peanuts and a little protein powder, but its optional.

Blend everything until smooth. And, then enjoy!
