Kickin’ It with Kix – Episode 28 (10/08/18)

Kix, Suzanne, and Producer Lono break down their recent adventures and more in this edition of the Kickin’ It with Kix Podcast.

First up, Suzanne traveled to New York City to join Anita Cochran for her appearance on ABC’s Good Morning America. For the show, Anita performed “Fight Like A Girl,” a song she was inspired to write during her battle with breast cancer. However, everything didn’t go quite as planned when Suzanne and Anita encountered a slippery NYC grate the night before the show.

This year, Luke Bryan celebrated 10 years of hosting the Farm Tour, and Lonnie joined in on the fun for the last date of this year’s tour in Ringgold, Georgia. For the past decade, Luke has given over 50 college scholarships due to the success of these tours. Lonnie was blown away by the logistics of it all, and he talks about the clown that detoured his return to Nashville.

During the last weekend of September, Kix traveled back to his home state of Louisiana to support the Princess Theatre. He looks back on the events that weekend and shares why it’s important to support the arts in rural communities.

Plus, Kix readies his return to Vegas and talks about the Brooks family Christmas tradition. Break out the puzzle, y’all!
