Heroes of the Week: Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association

Throughout the week, our ACC Team searches through emails and news articles looking for someone who deserves to be the Hero of the Week… Find out how you can nominate a Hero of the Week at the bottom of the page.

This week, we received an email from Chris Moulton, who goes by Pappy. He’s from Minnesota and is a member of his local chapter of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association. He writes:

Dear Kix,

Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association is a non-profit made up of veterans who’ve seen combat along with their spouses, and supporter members (veterans who did not serve in a combat zone) who share a passion for motorcycles. Our mission is vets helping vets and we donate money to relief organizations and individual veterans on a case-by-case basis.

Last month, my chapter in southeastern Minnesota just donated to veterans in need for the holidays. We’ve also donated to an organization that trains service dogs for veterans.

Signed,
Chris “Pappy” Moulton

Kix’s Response:

I am always happy to recognize those who serve our country and those who do so much on behalf of our veterans. Through their chapters is all 50 states, this group does both…

So, to Chris, a.k.a. Pappy, and all of those with the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association, we recognize you as our ACC Heroes of the Week!
