Thomas Rhett shared another song, “Grave,” from his upcoming third studio album, Life Changes, which is slated to drop on Sept. 8.

The anthemic love song, which was penned by Chris DeStefano, Hillary Lindsey, Josh Miller, is the 14th—and final—track on the upcoming album.

The album’s current single, “Unforgettable,” is currently No. 23 on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart. It follows lead single, “Craving You,” which topped the chart in July.
