Our Kidde Hero of the Week spotlights the Murset family.
Recently, Kix came across this ABC News story about a family who is making a difference in other people's lives and in turn have changed their own for the better.
Gregg Murset and his wife Kami announced to their six kids that this summer they would load up the RV and spend their vacation time traveling across the country helping others. As you can imagine, the idea didn’t go over very well with the kids at first. But once they got into it, they changed their tunes.
As they traveled the road from their home in Phoenix, Gregg set a goal to help 25 families during their 20-day trip. Through the course of their time, they linked up with various charities to do simple chores that made a big difference. As a result, the Murset family has become closer together and has been a blessing to those in need.
