I’m always envious of the amazing places artists get to see and experience. So, I wondered, of all the places you’ve gotten to visit, what is your favorite U.S. destination and why?

What a good question, Jeremy, and – wow, you would expect me to say this – but what an amazing beautiful country we live in… Of course, no matter what I say now, I’m going to make somebody mad, and I certainly haven’t seen all parts of the places I’ve been but I must say, the coast of Maine in the summertime is magic – the rocks and the surf and the sailboats for a Louisiana boy is pretty magical!
Off the top of my head, that’s the best I can do, coast to coast, but you know where the real scenery is – you’re gonna think I’m corny for saying this, but there’s nothing like the view when you walk out on stage and you fans are out there to rock with us and put us on top of the world. To see your faces light up when we sing a song you like is like standing up on Everest!
By the way – if I haven’t said it lately – thanks for the view, y'all! I owe you big time!
