Dear Kix,
My love story happened about five years ago. I had just learned I was pregnant with my daughter when her father deserted us. I was feeling depressed and lonely when a long lost friend spotted me at a local hangout spot and over the next few weeks we began to talk.
A few weeks after we reconnected, we were outside visiting and I made a bet that he couldn't catch me. He chased me around the parking lot and around the building before he finally caught me and wrestled me to the ground. We were laughing and breathless and then he kissed me for the first time!
That man is now the legal father of my daughter, and we also have a son together. He made me smile again and drew me out of my depression. He has changed my life forever and I'll never forget everything he’s done for me!
